Jeff Walker
Chairman
In 2001, Jeff Walker and his father, Paul Walker, became the majority owners of Ellsworth Systems. Jeff graduated from Belmont University in 1983 with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration, while also earning his CPA license.
Mr. Walker is an active investor in several businesses and sits on the boards of WhoUWith Ministries and Tennacity Foundation. He has lived in Tennessee for over 30 years and has been happily married for more than 35 years. One of his twin sons is currently working at Ellsworth and the other lives in Los Angeles. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys sports, giving back to the community of Nashville, staying involved in local ministries, investing in a portfolio of businesses, and creating opportunities for honorable and hardworking people.
Karen Palmer
Executive Vice President of Service
Having been in the Service Industry for over 30 years, Karen is no stranger to providing support. Karen acknowledges the value of all associates while striving to understand their needs and appreciating their contributions whole-heartedly.
As Executive Vice President of Service, Karen is responsible for building and developing infrastructure that supports Ellsworth’s service customer base. Additionally, Karen inspires growth of the business by ensuring Ellsworth exceeds customer expectations.
Connor Walker
President and CEO
Connor Walker oversees the development and growth of Ellsworth’s business strategies and vendor relationships. He focuses on driving revenue and efficiencies in the company, while also finding ways to create a culture that provides opportunities for the employees to thrive.
Connor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Auburn University, where he concentrated his studies in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Connor serves with several nonprofits and resides in Nashville, TN.
