POSITION: Dispatch Administrator

Ellsworth Systems is currently seeking to fill a full-time Supply Chain Administrator position in our Franklin, Tennessee home office.

Position Type: Non-Exempt / Full-time

Reports To: Director of Service Operations

Primary job duties include:

  • Answer service calls throughout the day
  • Schedule service requests as needed through company automated tool
  • Close out and invoice completed service requests
  • Data entry
  • Ability to train others a plus
  • Sense of urgency to ensure satisfaction for our customer base
  • Work with Service and other internal departments to address all customer needs as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • The ideal candidate should possess some experience in a service related field
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and use computer-based programs as necessary for the performance of their duties
  • Must be able to function independently or as key member within a team environment
  • Motivated individual with good business and problem-solving skills
  • Strong in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry skills
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
  • Pleasant telephone skills
  • Excellent communication skills


Successful candidate must possess a high school diploma

Must be able to communicate verbally and written in the English language
